You may not use and/or edit artwork that has not been drawn for you or of a character that you own. This includes, but is not limited to: usage as social media icons, roleplay faceclaims, etc.

You may not claim or give people the impression that you have drawn the artwork yourself. Credit with a link to https://toyhou.se/Sadbloom is appreciated, but not required.

Artwork commissioned from me is solely for personal, non-commercial use unless commercial rights have been negotiated. You may display the art you receive on social media, print for non-promotional use, etc. Contact me privately to discuss licensing terms and royalty fees or if you have any confusion on what qualifies as commercial use.

You may not redistribute or resell the commissioned piece unless the work is an adoptable design, in which case it may be resold. However, artwork attached to a character design may add to their resale value and be transferred along with the sale of the character design.

I retain all viable copyrights and ownerships over my work, which includes, but is not limited to: the right to display the artwork on my websites, social media, and portfolios as a sample for sales or self-promotion according to my discretion. I cannot claim the Intellectual Property and will not reuse or re-sell the work. Please let me know if you would like to keep your commission private instead.

I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.

Do not use my artwork to promote bigotry and/or hate speech. This includes, but is not limited to: homophobia, transphobia, racism, ableism, and so on.

Under no circumstances is my art allowed to be used for training neural networks/A.I., NFTs, blockchain, or cryptocurrency-related activities. This is non-negotiable and any artwork usage that violates these terms are infringements and will be reported. Likewise, my works are not allowed to be changed or adjusted by machine learning or derived technologies, or for derivatives of my works to be created through the use of above-mentioned technologies.

Personal, non-commercial use extends to my character designs. Commercial rights to use a design that you own for monetized or promotional content may be negotiated.

My closed species character designs may be resold, traded, or transferred according to the respective closed species’ terms. Please refer to their general terms as well as the gift/trade/resale restrictions of the specific design.

My off-species character designs may be gifted, traded, or resold freely.

If you own a design I made, you are welcome to edit the design. If you edit my artwork directly for this purpose (e.g. by drawing over it), please state clearly that the artwork was edited. If the design changes hands, please send along the original artwork as well.

You are allowed to create alternate forms or offshoots of a character design you own by me (e.g. port the design to a different species) without coming to me for approval. However, these are all considered part of the same design and should not be sold/traded/transferred separately.

You may not expand one-off species concepts into a species of your own.

By commissioning me, you confirm to be of legal age (18 years or older) to utilize PayPal services.

All payments are to be made in USD via PayPal invoice unless otherwise specified. When the invoice or payment link is received, the Client agrees to pay within 72 hours unless circumstances are communicated otherwise or a payment plan is agreed upon in advance. Failure to pay within the deadline will result in slot cancellation, or in the case of adoptables, the design will go back up for sale.

Refunds are negotiable depending on the circumstances of your personal self and the status of your commission. Once work has begun, you are subject to a partial (50%) refund. Once work is fully completed and delivered, refunds are non-negotiable. All commissions are personalized items and cannot be exchanged or returned. If for any unforeseen reason I cannot finish the commission, I will take initiative to inform you and provide a full refund.

Should a Client not reply within 30 days of receiving drafts or work in progress photos, I consider the commission cancelled by the Client. In this case, already paid money will not be refunded to compensate lost time.

Once the transaction has been made through PayPal or any payment service provider, the Client acknowledges the product and deliverables are DIGITAL GOODS and there is no physically shipped good to receive.

I will not send the full adoptable or artwork file(s) until the price has been paid in full.

Do not issue chargebacks on payments. I will revoke any and all permissions for you to use any artwork created by me for you thus far.

I reserve the right to decline any order without giving a specific reason.
